The Dark by Sasha Malia Smith

Sasha Malia Smith written her first book when she was ten years old in the fifth grade.  She loves to write, sing, and dance, and is a proud member of the Pink Prancing Pearls dance team. Sasha was inspired by her school and the CLAI (Children Literature and Art Initiative) Summer program to write "The Dark." This is Sasha's first published work, a short story emphasizing that following strangers is not a good idea, highlighting her commitment to education and awareness.
